bdgames Terms and Conditions

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bdgames is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name — deposits made using someone else's account will be considered void.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

bdgames offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the balance ৳2,000, and a total of ৳15,000 (৳1,000 × 15) must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• Operating multiple bonus accounts from the same person, device or IP address is prohibited.
• The account must have complete information and verification in place to be eligible for bonus benefits.
• bdgames reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

bdgames has four VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive up to ৳220 (৳20,000 × 1.1%) cashback.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using a false identity or a third party's information.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to meet wagering requirements by artificial means.
• Placing bets using software, bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in bdgames.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Each bet placed on bdgames will be considered valid only after it has been confirmed. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, bdgames will make a decision subject to investigation.

6.2 Result Determination

All game and betting results will be determined by bdgames's own system. In the event of any dispute, bdgames's records will be considered final. For sports betting, officially recognised results are followed.

6.3 Right to Cancel Bets

bdgames reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted due to clearly erroneous odds or technical malfunction, without giving reasons. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the relevant account.
